Lucy D'Mot moved to Placerville CA in 1981, and has been an
active participant in music and theatre in both El Dorado and
Sacramento counties.

As Music Director:

Music Director for Fair Oaks Theatre Festival since 1996.

Music Director for a variety of musical theatre productions at American
River College, Sacramento.

Music Director & Arranger for California State University Sacramento's
50th Anniversary Celebration for the Theatre Arts Dept.

Music Director for numerous musical theatre productions at Theatre El Dorado.

Great Songs of the Sky - new arrangements of 40 songs by 1960s pop icon
Donovan Leitch, beginning in 2005 and ongoing indefinitely.

The Pop Mikado - adaptation of original score into a rock/pop operetta, Fair
Oaks Theatre Festival & American River College, 1996 & 2002.

A Christmas Carol - original adaptation of Charles Dickens story,original score
& lyrics,Theatre El Dorado 1995 & Imagination Theatre 2003.

Alice in Wonderland - original score, American River College, 1997.

Line Dancing - original story, music & lyrics.  A country western
musical, Theatre El Dorado, 1996.

Opera Lite - an Evening of Love & Lust - original arrangements of 40
traditional opera and light opera songs and arias, and original narration.

Jeanette Isabella - original story, music & lyrics, Theatre El Dorado,
1991 & 1992.

Not Even a Mouse - original Christmas farce & music,Theatre El Dorado, 1990.

Foothill Almanac - Director, Chief Writer and performer for a monthly live - in
front of an audience - radio comedy variety show on KHTN -1985 through 1986.

Alto Vocalist with both Sacramento Symphony Chorus and Sacramento Chorale
Society, including performances at Carnegie Hall.

Alto Soloist with Sierra Symphony.

Pop/Jazz vocalist with assort bands and combos.

Lead musical theatre roles including "Ruth"
in Pirates of Penzance,"The Old
Maid" in Gian Carlo Mennoti's
Old Maid & the Thief, & "The Wife of Bath" in the
1970s musical adaptation of
Canterbury Tales.

Vocalist & Arranger for female vocal jazz groups The Popbeads & The Jazzbirds,
including appearances at the Sacramento Jazz Jubilee, Hangtown Jazz Festival,
Edinburgh Fringe Festival & the BBC.
